According to his Twitter, linebacker Rey Maualuga is off to Arizona to visit with the Cardinals. Maualuga was the punch-line of many jokes at the middle linebacker position this season. However, one possible option for Maualuga was to come back and play the SAM linebacker position, where he played better in the past.
There are also rumblings of the Ravens being a potential suitor to Maualuga because of their loss of Dannell Ellerbe. Maualuga could have a career renaissance somewhere else if put in the right environment. We'll see.
