The Eagles have signed five new players. How is new head coach Chip Kelly starting the new regime?
The Eagles have agreed to deals with five free agents, according to Albert Breer. The newest Eagles are Safety Patrick Chung, corner Bradley Fletcher, linebacker Jason Phillips, defensive tackle Isaac Sopoaga and tight James Casey. New head coach Chip Kelly has started to build his regime with defense and will likely move Casey all around his offense.
