The National Football Post gives the Bengals Kansas State linebacker Arthur Brown in their latest mock draft.

In the National Football Post's latest mock draft, they predict the Bengals will use the No. 21 overall selection on Kansas State linebacker Arthur Brown.

21. Cincinnati Bengals: Arthur Brown, OLB, Kansas State, Senior: After losing Manny Lawson in free agency the Bengals need to replace him. Brown has elite speed chasing down plays in pursuit, plays aggressively versus the run and is strong in pass coverage, which should enable him to step in and start as a rookie.

Brown, one of the top linebackers in this year's draft, is smart and athletic. He doesn't quite have the size and speed that Georgia linebacker Alec Ogletree does, but he also doesn't come with the baggage and potential off-field trouble that Ogletree does.

The Bengals will be in need of a linebacker in 2013. It's likely that they'll move Vontaze Burfict to MIKE and re-sign Thomas Howard for WILL as long as he's healthy. That would leave them with a need at SAM. Brown could come in at SAM and start as a rookie, giving the Bengals the best linebacker corps they've had in a couple years.

What are your thoughts on Brown?
