I've followed the Cincy Jungle for the past few years, but never voiced my opinion till now. Let me start by saying that I bleed black and orange. I've been a die hard fan through good time and bad and have faced plenty of ridicule from family and friends. Thank to great drafts, we are real close to having something to be proud of in Cincy. I'm not of fan on spending money on every big name on the market. Recent history has proven how well that works. I'm also all for holding back money to bring back our own. But this year there was some special young players that I've followed there whole careers that could have made us great. I prayed we would get Deshon Goldson, who I feel is one of the best young safeties in the game. But yet we didn't even pick up the phone and at least put forth an effort. The list goes on and on. All I've read about for a week now are guys like Terrence Newman, Rey Maulaluga, and Andre Smith. I guess just because Newman had one DECENT year out of the last five or six he is worth more then young guys that were on winning teams like Keenan Lewis and Cory Williams. BULL~~~~!!!!!!! We are watching Pittsburg meet Victor Butler cause we are to concerned about Rey. I love Andre Smith and think he is one of the best at his position, but quit wasting time with him. Offer him what his is worth and if its not enough for him then he don't belong here and I don't want him. We are bringing back the same 10-6 team that barely made the playoffs to face a brutal schedule this year. I love our young core and know they are getting better each year ,but I have a bad feeling that this is going to a tough year. Hope I'm wrong.
