It started me thinking when I said Superman for the OL, what would a Superhero Team look like. Well here is my ultimate Superhero Team : QB - Captain America - He has one powerful arm, is accurate to the millimeter and can make plays with his feet if need be. RB - The Thing - Powerful runner can break any tackle nigh on impossible to bring down. Although don't say nigh on impossible to him. Just say its impossible to bring you down, he has a bit of an attitude !!!! #1 WR - Ironman - Mr Flash and Dash, an upgrade over Chad Johnson, more egotistical and flamboyent TD dances. Has a great handoff from line of scrimmage and can catch any ball. #2 WR - Hancock - Finally the speed deep ball specialist we need, gives Ironman a run for his money as the #1 WR. #3 WR - Spiderman - Slim build but tough as nails, makes all the hard catches over the middle. TE - Hercules - Best blocking TE in the League, ever tried to shove a house, if so you will know what I mean. Also has good hands. OL - Superman - Plays all 5 positions and opens up gaping holes for the run game and shoves into the far horizon any would be rushers. And that rounds out the Offence. On Defence we have : DT - The Hulk - Not even an Army can stop him from getting to the QB. Word of advice, tell him he is the greatest ever you really wouldn't want to see him angry. DT - Hellboy - Not far behind the Hulk may even be on par. As with the Thing, say he is at least as good as the Hulk as Hellboy can easily get the sulks. Sidenote : If you get stuck with both The Hulk and Hellboy make your excuses fast as they will ask you who is better. Its best to run than answer. DE - Thor - Powerful and fast as heck, blink and you will miss him. DE - The Green Lantern - The other best pass rusher, very similar to Thor not quite so powerful though. MLB - Batman - Always plans great and is great at improvisation, a born leader. WLB - The Phantom - Great in cover, before you know it, he zips in and intercepts. SLB - Blade - He will cut anyone off, lightening reflexes, strength and speed. FS - Wolverine - A bit of a loose cannon as he likes to roam free, but great instincts. the perfect position for him. SS - The Punisher - Name says it all !!!! CB - Silver Surfer - The perfect shutdown corner, you may almost if not do so, guarantee a pick six when the ball is thrown his way. CB - Mr Fantstic - See Silver Surfers comments, same applies. Has a great stretch for the End Zone line. And that rounds out my Defence. The Ultimate Superhero Football Team who imo are unbeatable !!!! Now if anyone would like to try to beat my Team with a Super Villans Team feel free. :)
