$9 million a year. Is he worth it?
The news broke on Saturday that Bengals right tackle Andre Smith was looking for a contract that would pay him somewhere around $9 million per year. If the Bengals were to sign him to a long-term contract, paying him that kind of money, he would be the highest payed player on the team (until they extend Geno Atkins, A.J. Green and Andy Dalton, of course).
Simple question: Is he worth it?
