Robinson is a terrific athlete. He has great straight line speed that is balanced with agility and explosion to make him a dangerous weapon in the open field. Scouts were worried about his size, but he weighed in at 199 lbs. This in in line with a speedy HB or WR weight, so he shouldn't have a problem becoming either one of those just because of weight.
If he were to come to the Bengals, he would provide depth at HB and WR. He isn't a polished route runner, but could be an interesting gadget player in his first year. He could be our speed back and another complementary WR. He should also be an explosive returner and could prove to be most valuable as a returner his rookie season. I can see him being a HB that can catch out of the backfield on some downs and as a true WR on other downs. The important thing will be to get the ball in his hands. By using him as a HB and WR, the other team will not know what personnel to bring out. If they treat him as a WR, it weakens their run D if he is being used as a HB. If they treat him as a HB, they risk having a LBer covering him in space.
