Tebow: In my opinion the most complicated player in the NFL. No matter how hard you try you won't figure out Tebow, Tim or Mania.
So many things are wrong with the Bengals signing Tebow. Here are my Top 3 though.
3. Too many QB's
If the Bengals were going to sign Tebow that would make 4 QB's. Meaning that we would now have 2 that throw the ball less than they run. We have Josh Johnson, let's let him do the Mobile QB thing.
2. Do you want the mania?
In the last 5 years who were the Super Bowl winning teams?
2009 Pittsburgh Steelers
2010 New Orleans Saints
2011 Green Bay Packers
2012 New York Giants
2013 Baltimore Ravens
All of these teams weren't the teams that people couldn't not talk about. They didn't have Jerry Jones smiling in the Press Box or a Super Human QB like RGIII. No they were the teams that played heads up football and schemed with talented guys with steady production.
1. Don't be the Jets.
The Jets had gone to two straight AFC Championship games with Mark Sanchez. Then they had one or two bad seasons and they signed Tim Tebow to a grande sized deal. That was there first mistake. Second mistake was to insist that Sanchez would start, why? You should always play the guy who will give you the best chance to win. Period. Then they didn't play Tebow at all through the season so his stock went way down., which is the same direction that Mark Sanchez's stock went since he played the whole season with Tebow and a bunch of kneeling/praying fans looking over his shoulder ready to pounce on any opportunity. Then the Jet's draft Geno Smith. So in the end the Jets ruined Tebow, Sanchez, and are going to throwing a 21 year old QB into a franchise full of turmoil.
This isn't the 90's. Were not the Bungles were the Bengals. Don't make mistakes that are obviously mistakes. I know that some people are going to disagree with me but I would like to know how much...
