There are currently 32 active franchises in the NFL.
Of these teams, 14 have never won a Super Bowl.
Which means, that 18 have won a Super Bowl. But who cares about them?
Unfortunately the Bengals are among this group of 14 franchises who have not won a Super Bowl, but interesting, at 46 years old, the Bengals are one of the younger franchises to have not won a Super Bowl.
In fact, of the 7 teams who have been in the league as long as the Bengals (46 years) or less, only 2 of them have won a Super Bowl (Ravens & Buccaneers have won). So 5 of the 7 youngest franchises (including the Bengals) have yet to win a Super Bowl.
But as frustrating as a 46 year drought might be, some of the existing active franchises have been around for 70, 80, or 90 years, and still have yet to win a Super Bowl. Yikes!
So that gets me to the trivia question for the day.
