Three things happened on Thursday that you should be aware of.
+ Wide receiver A.J. Green caused a collective heart attack after landing awkwardly on the field during a deep pass by Andy Dalton. There's reportedly no structural damage. Green momentarily arrived for introductions during the team's Pep Rally Thursday night, but quickly departed afterwards for treatment.
+ Andre Smith answered questions following Thursday's practice and hopes to be ready by Sunday. He reportedly weighed in at 342 pounds, which is reasonable for a player with a playing weight around 330 pounds.
+ And the final thing? The Bengals actually practiced. Marvin Jones reportedly had some impressive catches and Dalton looked sharp. Giovani Bernard is an impressive young man. You can find a bulk of Thursday's updates here.
