Kick Return Group At Bengals Practice Contains Some New Faces

Even though the Bengals re-signed Brandon Tate and Adam Jones this offseason, it appears that the team is open to exploring other options at kick returner. Tate has held on to the job since he joined the team shortly before the commencement of the 2011 season.

According to Geoff Hobson at Bengals.com, the team used a slew of young players behind Jones on the duties.

Hobson also later noted that Onterio McCalebb was back on returns as well. It's important to note that Tate has been inactive the first couple of days and is on the Non-Football Injury List (NFI). It doesn't appear to be a serious setback for Tate, but the team isn't wasting time in seeing what they have for the job in other players.
