The last time that Pete Prisco with CBSSports.com published his power rankings, it was before the NFL draft. He ranked the Bengals No. 9. Since then the Bengals have moved up, despite not playing a single down of a regular season game.
That's the beauty of power rankings during the offseason; anything can accidently change those winds from suspected suspensions, to wild praise of an unproven player entering his first year into the NFL -- which always amounts to offseason chatter to kill the time between NFL stuff.
Prisco updated his power rankings on Tuesday, listing Cincinnati at No. 7 and No. 3 in the AFC.
