Bengals Training Camp 2013: Day Six

David Kohl-USA TODAY Sports

The Cincinnati Bengals worked on a lot of fundamentals with scenarios and situations.

The Cincinnati Bengals moved to an adjacent practice field on Wednesday, likely due to the persistent mist that's permeating the region today.

The move forced increased separation between the fans and team.

Though most of the session was a little more tame (aka, boring) than previous sessions, the Bengals integrated and implemented different formations and plays from reverses to personnel packages. They were also working on situations and scenarios, such as spiking the football during two-minute drills prior to the field goal unit sprinting onto the field.

As customary with their practices, the offense began with a walk-through that included Anthony Collins at left tackle, Mike Pollak at left guard, and the usual configuration at center and to the right.

+ Trevor Robinson got some work in with the second-team unit at left guard, which only confirms the point that Cook is running away with the starting job at center. He did rotate with T.J. Johnson throughout the afternoon.

+ The Bengals practiced end-around and reverses, using Marvin Jones, Andrew Hawkins, Cobi Hamilton, Brandon Tate, and Roy Roundtree.

+ Rookie linebacker Jordan Campbell intercepted a Josh Johnson pass. Dre Kirkpatrick picked off another Johnson pass on an attempt to Cobi Hamilton.

+ Shaun Prater, who may have had enough of this attention on the strong safety battle and Dre Kirkpatrick's rise, broke up a short pass to Ryan Whalen. However, his aggressiveness drew the ire of wide receivers Andrew Hawkins and Roy Roundtree. Careful Shaun, Hawkins may block you on twitter. But you have to appreciate Prater's aggressiveness, who really needs to make a showing to make the 53-man roster.

+ Hey Hard Knocks. There's someone filming you while you film practice.
