David Kohl-USA TODAY Sports

Some nuts and bolts as we prepare for the Bengals preseason opener this Thursday.

GAME: Bengals at Falcons

Online Streaming: NFL.com offers Preseason Live for out-of-market audiences. There are other options that we're not really allowed to talk about (but that doesn't mean you can't).
NFL Network Replay: NFL Network boasts about replaying every preseason game this year. The Bengals and Falcons will be shown on Aug. 10 at 3 a.m.

All-Time Preseason Series: The Bengals and Falcons have met 11 times in the preseason, with the Falcons holding a dominant 8-3 record. Cincinnati's 24-19 win last year snapped a seven-game winning streak by the Falcons in the preseason. When the games are played in Atlanta, the Bengals are 2-6.

National Coverage: The Bengals and Falcons will kickoff ESPN's coverage with their Monday Night Football crew, led by Mike Tirico and Jon Gruden in the booth and Lisa Salters on the sidelines. This will be the third nationally televised game between the Bengals and Falcons during the preseason since 2007.

Connections: There are seven Bengals that played at the University of Georgia -- DT Geno Atkins, G Clint Boling, TE Orson Charles, DE Robert Geathers, WR A.J. Green, OT Dennis Roland, and S Shawn Williams.
