A funny thing happened at Costco today........

Costco, the hallmark of any suburbanites day.......I went there today in Strongsville, Ohio with the family to the place my son affectionately refers to as "The Snack Place." The samples do in fact rule and we made sure to go after 1pm or so to partake in as many free nibbles of goodness as possible. After making 700 rounds with the wife and two boys, we finally get up to the checkout line......and it looks like a cross between Kings Island in July and the Reds game letting out after free pizzas had just been awarded for reaching the necessary strikeout limit. As we approach the checkout girl, there is what appears to be a starting five for the Cleveland Cavaliers in front of me and one very short, stout man with dreadlocks. I say, "Trent Richardson." He turns and politely shakes my hand......I look down on him (he appears about 5'2" in person, I'm 6'5") and slyly say two simple words: "Who Dey?!!" He simply takes a step back, shakes his head and walks away.........today was a good day as Ice Cube would say. Got any good run-ins with athlete stories? Would love to hear some others......Who Dey?!! and let's get it started tonight!
