In keeping with the tradition of the Ask A Fan type posts, I am hear to talk some rivalry football with my good friend at Cincy Jungle. What up guys? What a trip huh? All four AFC North team at O-1, who would have predicted such a thing?
Is this the start of the AFC North not being the most dominate conference in football? I definitely think the argument can legitimately be made that from 2000 through 2012 we have been the most dominate division in the NFL. Probably preaching to the choir on that.
For the first time in my memory, I actually thought this might be the season of the Bengals to win the division and joking stuff aside, if Dalton could raise his play, perhaps even compete in a SB. I didn't watch your game last weekend, so I have no idea how ya did except for picking up a loss. No matter my new found respect for the Bengals team, I still predicted the Steelers would take the division in the Week 16? match up between our teams, that's just the way I roll, legitimately or not.
To catch ya to speed on the greatest team that ever was an NFL team, the Amazing Pittsburgh Steelers, our defense is looking really good and signs are it will be a great one, as usual. It's on the offensive side of the ball that we had a tremendous struggle, Sunday, the likes of which I can't remember, maybe in the 80's or something. The consensus is the O-line is the problem, in my mind surely they will get better in week 2, even against the newly vaunted Bengals D, surely for the sake of all that is Steelers Holy, they will not be worse.
To heck with going back and editing.
LETS TALK SOME AFCN, SMASH SOMEBODY IN THE FACE, FOOTBALL.
