We may have a new rookie defensive coordinator and while he's a popular guy around here be remains untested and we have no idea how he'll be with play calling and scheming. But Iwe can't forget about Marvin. He could take on some of the responsibilities or just help out on the defensive side a bit more to help the transition. He is of course a more than capable DC himself. I previously posted something I saw at the ravens game this year. Marvin took over defensive adjustments running down to the sideline and subbing players yelling instructions and was as fired up as I've seen him. The interesting bit was a score there didn't matter. Idk if zim was in the can or what but the game was pretty much over and Marvin took the reigns. The ravens didn't get anywhere and I guess Marvin really didn't want them to score again even though like I said it wouldn't have meant much.
So some food for thought. I'm curious how much Marvin had his hand in with zim and how much he will now.
