Andy Dalton's Ceiling HD (via nfl390)
Most every Cincy Jungle member has gotten their postgame rant fanpost in, so I thought I'd join the party.
Here's an extended look at Dalton's performance in the Bengals-Lions game in October 2013, a microcosm of Dalton when he is at his best. In other words, he's got near-perfect protection, all the receivers are at their best, the playcalling is at its best, he's absolutely superb on the short and intermediate passes, he struggles with the deep ball, and he does just enough on a final mini-drive in a hostile environment to win the game. This video depicts Dalton when he is able to reach his ceiling.
The question: Can Dalton become more consistent, i.e., can this full set of circumstances be replicated on a consistent basis?
