Kirk Cousins available for a second round pick

NFL network is reporting that the Washington Redskins are willing to trade Cousins for a 2nd round pick. I'll start by saying that I am a Kirk Cousins fan, I think he has been well coached throughout his career. He has a good arm, makes reads, and has has won a few games on a horrible Washington team. Even with all of these merits, I would not give a second round pick, a third however, would be acceptable. He would be a perfect candidate to compete in an open competition in training camp. He comes from the WCO, so adjustment would be minimal as far as concepts and terminology. It would be worth a third and a fifth if that's what it takes. Worst situation is a top 5 backup QB, which is important. Would anyone take a rookie, that is expected to be around in the third, over Cousins? Discuss respectfully (normal bullshitting allowed)
