Recently, Reuters documented the ruin that has befallen many venues from the Beijing Olympics in the four years since those games. China isn't the only country to find unwanted or unneeded buildings on its hand once its Olympiad ended, though. Stadiums and ski jumps of the past have been abandoned, torn down, and bombed out—though a few have survived, albeit in different forms.
