Dalton

Can we take moment and appreciate the type of Quarterback we have on our team. This is not meant to be a feed on Dalton's playing ability, but who he is as a person.

On CJ, it was just posted that the Andy and Jordan Dalton Foundation just donated a locker full of small electronics including I-pads, dvd players, game systems, etc., to children that are suffering from chronic illness, at Children's Hospital.

Not only is this a very admirable gesture, but it shows you how far our team has come in just a few years. AD is still within his rookie contract, but making the time to give away his money to help others. I know that he makes a significant amount of money compared to your average citizen, but it shows you what type of player we have leading our team.

On more of a football performance standpoint, Dalton has also reached out to Tom House for advice on his throwing technique. This is something we have never seen from Andy. For those of you who do not know, House is a former MLB pitcher, who has helped/mentored QBs on throwing techniques. He has worked with QBs such as Brees and Brady. Although, a significant difference may not be seen, Dalton is at least stepping out of his comfort zone to make himself and team better.

Geoff Hobson wrote an article regarding the House situation. Take time to read it if you get a chance. It is a good read.
