Spent the morning trolling the board at BucsNation and it looks like the Collins contract is just a matter of putting ink to the paper down there. Sounds like he'll sign for around $6.5 - 7 Mil a year (the length of the contract and guarantee amount haven't been disclosed). For what it's worth it's been reported the Bucs' strategy has been to offer high salary amounts with relatively low guarantees, so it's possible the offer he receives won't include that much guaranteed money.
