Remember Keith Rivers?
The Bengals made him the 9th overall pick of the 2008 NFL Draft, but he never could live up to that status. After missing most of his first year due to a broken jaw suffered at the hands of Hines Ward, Rivers bounced back to have two solid years in 2009 and '10.
Now, James Walker of ESPN reports that Rivers has agreed to a two-year deal with the Buffalo Bills:

Rivers hasn't exactly been durable with the Giants either, so the Bills probably will be suing him in ore of a backup role. In 2013, he did appear in all 16 games, but only started 11 games while totaling 45 tackles, one sack and a fumble recovery.
He's started in just 14 games since the Bengals traded him in '12. Ironically enough, the Bills signed former Bengals linebacker Manny Lawson last year.
