So, I've just moved to England at the end of February and haven't had the ability to follow the NFL, let alone free agency...unfortunate internet code at work. Now that I finally have wireless at home and can check CincyJungle (naturally the first site I went to once I had the internet), what the heck is going on!? How did we lose BOTH of our big name free agents? Who were we making room for by cutting Harrison and Cook? I'm happy with Pollack, Rey and Mays coming back, just meh about Tate then flat out confused about Moch returning to the land of migraines. You would have thought we just won the Super Bowl and everyone is asking for ridiculous contracts with the way we are losing players. I've skimmed through the articles trying to catch up, but is their anything more than the assumption that the team is saving for Green, Dalton and Burfict next season? Did they flat out drop the ball in the Collins negotiation?
Oh, and how does Tampa Bay have the money to pay both of the players we couldn't keep, plus a solid center (Dietrich-Smith), probably the best CB on the market (Verner) and another solid DT in McDonald?
Yikes, this was not the news I was expecting to come back to after almost three weeks sans CincyJungle.
