Matt Schaub traded to Oakland Raiders; Browns were interested

Schaub won't be facing the Bengals in 2014, unless the Raiders make the playoffs...

The Cincinnati Bengals won't have to face Matt Schaub in 2014. Though he's on the downside of his NFL career, Schaub does sport a 4-0 career record (including playoffs) against the Bengals.

When Cincinnati heads to Houston this year to face the Texans, they won't have Schaub anymore though, as he's reportedly being shipped to the Oakland Raiders.

Schaub, who turns 33 in June, is a two-time Pro Bowl quarterback who struggled for the Texans last season, losing his job to Case Keenum. Houston, which signed free-agent quarterback Ryan Fitzpatrick Thursday, didn't want to keep Schaub and his $10 million salary in 2014.

In 2013, Schaub had 10 touchdown passes and 14 interceptions. He has 130 touchdown passes and 84 interceptions for his career, which includes four seasons of passing for more than 4,000 yards.
