A couple times, with a couple people, I have entertained the idea of trading AJ Green. The Rams are a potential suitor for a trade, they have the 2nd and 13th picks in the first round this year, along with a full compliment throughout. In this scenario I assume we could get two firsts (2 and next years) and a second (45). This is a hefty price, but Green is realistically under team control for three years, with the option and franchise tag. That's plenty of time for the Rams to work out a deal long-term. Also, St.Louis is in real need of a number one receiver for their former number one pick in Sam Bradford. This won't be popular in some people's eyes, but with Hue Jackson reemphasizing the running game, and the emergence of Marvin Jones, along with Gresham, Eifert, Sanu, and Gio, could be just as efficient and effective. Since I don't believe in paying wide receivers Quarterback money, which is what it will likely take to retain him long term, I see more value in trading him for a bundle of high picks. Let me know what you think of this trade package and if it is enough for you to pull the trigger. Also, tell me what you'd do with these picks if the Bengals pulled this deal off.
