The Tampa Bay Buccaneers offseason remake of their roster continues.
No team in the NFL has been more active in both signing free agents and also cutting/trading their own players. They've already cut several starters from a year ago in addition to trading starting center Jeremy Zuttah to the Baltimore Ravens.
Now, they've reportedly trade embattled wide receiver Mike Williams to the Buffalo Bills:

Williams has been in the new for all the wrong reasons recently. A kitchen fire in the home he rented last summer has Williams facing a lawsuit from the insurance company that paid for repairs.
The lawsuit, filed last week in Tampa by United Property & Casualty Insurance Co., seeks $54,453, its cost to repair the damage, "plus interest, court costs and other costs."
This comes just a few weeks after he was stabbed by his own brother for reportedly "wrestling" with him. The Bucs were tired of him being a distraction, and getting anything for him should be viewed as a win.
By acquiring Williams, this could also mean the Bills are preparing to trade or release Stevie Johnson. Johnson's cap hit in 2014 is $8.5 million after catching just 52 passes for 597 yards and three touchdowns in 2013.
Now they have Williams, who is due a fully guaranteed $1.2 million this year, as well as a $600,000 roster bonus which has not hit yet.
A report from earlier this week from NFL.com's Albert Breer is Johnson could be on the move if Texas A&M WR Mike Evans was drafted by the Bills.
Now that they have their big-play wideout in Williams, this could only increase their efforts to send Johnson packing.
