24 to SF for 30 & 77
Traded our fourth, seventh, and next years six to move up to 114 (Jax)
30. Kyle Fuller Va. Tech
Was ecstatic to trade down and still get a very good corner, who can contribute immidiately. Great blitzer, willing tackler, and is flexible in zone or man.
55. Marcus Martin USC
The top C in the draft, has also played guard throughout college giving us the versatility we covet as a franchise. Can learn playing LG, and then kick inside when he's learned the system.
77. Jeremy Hill LSU
Powerful runner with a burst, can compliment Gio, and give us more than 3.5 YPC.
88. Kareem Martin UNC
An athletic DE, finally put it together last year, can rotate with Hunt/Gilberry/Dunlap and make an impact.
114. AJ McCarron Ala
A winner, but has the dreaded "game manager," tag. Could turn into a starter one day, but would be great to have as a back up, and who doesn't want to see Katherine Webb in Stripes?
164. DeAnthony Thomas Ore.
Our Babyhawk replacement, along with someone to replace Tate on returns. Explosive and elusive.
199. Jay Prosch Aub.
Physical blocker, ST contributer, the dose of "nasty," this offense is sorely missing.
212. Aaron Colvin OU
Will spend 2014 on IR, but could push to start in 2015.
252. Colt Lyeria Ore
A very physically gifted, but troubled TE, could be stashed on the PS. Might be a home run if he can put it together, could replace Gresh if he has a great season and wants gobs of money.
