ROUND 2 MARCUS MARTIN C USC
ROUND 6 KEITH WENNING QB BALL STATE
Let me know what you guys think I went with Safety first because we don't have any pro-bowl caliber players in that area and even though we have some depth it needs to be improved. Haha could slip because he's not the most athletic safety, Jimmie Ward may be available because he played in the MAC conference and Joyner just recently tweeted #WHODEY and the Bengals know he won't be available at 55. Don't let his size fool you he has great athleticism (40 yard dash 4.55, 10 yard split 1.50s, vert 38 inches, broad 10.3.
We fix our oline with rounds 2-3 and these two guys can both start day 1.
Round 4 we find MJ93 predecessor in Will Clarke who can get in on the rotation if that's what we end up doing but is an eventual starter.
Round 5 we inject youth and ball-hawk ability into our corner depth. He can fight for a role in the slot right away. http://bleacherreport.com/articles/1985440-ricardo-allen-scouting-report-nfl-outlook-for-purdue-cb The pros definitely outweigh the con. And all the cons are his measurables which is the #1 mistake while looking at a guy like Allen. He had 6 interceptions last year. He has great lateral quickness and could cover a lot of ground. He loves contact and wants people to run his way so he can make a play.
Round 6 we get a weapon and steal in DAT and a solid sleeper pick in QB Keith Wenning who's a project. DAT can help in our 3 "needs" as an extra RB, slot receiver and finally an actual threat in the return game and can change the whole game with one of his spectacular runs.
Round 7 we get our beast FB Jay Prosch and wr Mike Campanaro who's probably pound for pound the strongest WR. He runs nice routes and has sure hands and can break tackles and find the endzone.
