Cincy Jungle Writers Mock Draft: Seattle Seahawks on the clock

The final pick of the Cincy Jungle Writer's Mock Draft is here. Thank you to all of our readers for following along with every pick. Our stream generated over 700 comments, and Mickey, Anthony and myself greatly enjoyed constructing this.

The final pick goes to the Seattle Seahawks. After thrashing the Denver Broncos to claim their first Super Bowl, Seattle is already favored to repeat this coming season. A great pick here could be key to repeating and claiming a second-straight Super Bowl and potentially becoming a dynasty.

Jason: Seahawks take Gabe Jackson, OG, Mississippi State

I believe Jackson is the best guard prospect in this year's draft class, but he isn't a very good pass-blocker, causing him to fall to the end of Round 1.

But with the Seahawks' ground-and-pound style - not to mention Russell Wilson's mobility and pocket awareness - Jackson is a perfect fit for the defending Super Bowl champs. Jackson is a mauler in the run game and he'll continue to open holes for Marshawn Lynch and help the Seattle running game remains among the NFL's best.

Mickey: Seahawks take Xavier Su'a-Filo, OG, UCLA

Su'a-Filo will add depth to the Seahawks line in the interior and be an upgrade to an already good unit. Some scouts tout Xavier as the most pro ready guard in this draft class. A strong player with the ability to get out and block at the second level. He would be the type of guard that the Seahawks would use in their current offense. He also is strong at pass blocking for the times when Russell Wilson needs to stay in the pocket.

Anthony: Seahawks take Bradley Roby, CB, Ohio State

Seattle lost both Brandon Browner and Walter Thurmond in free agency this year and need some help on their already-stout defense. Roby isn't one of those huge Seahawks corners that they have loved of late, but he is 5'11" and sub 4.4 40-yard dash speed. If their is one coach who can get the most out of Roby, who underperformed a little bit in 2013, it's Pete Carroll.
