So who do you guys think nailed it? Who reached? Who got the best bang for the buck? Or who overpaid for what they got. Or maybe somebody just made you scratch your head thinking "WTF are they doing????"
Teams that I thought nailed it -
Minnesota - Zim got 2 things that he covets and/or needs; he got his speed rush from the end, and a QB of the future.
Cleveland - somehow landed Gilbert, Manziel, and another first rounder next year.
St. Louis - stayed put, and got the best OT and DT in the draft. And in that division, you have to be strong up front.
Green Bay, Cincinnati, Baltimore, and New England - all these sat and waited, and had immense talent fall right into their laps.
Teams I shook my head at -
Buffalo - I loved them grabbing Watkins, but not at the price they paid.
Detroit - their secondary pretty much sucks, and they take a receiving only TE.
Dallas - Zack Martin is going to be great, but Dallas had the worst D in the NFL last year.
Miami - desperate times call for desperate reaches.
