Ranking the NFL's top 10 feuds
To much acclaim, ESPN's NFL Nation established earlier this week the top rival for each of the league's 32 teams. Now it's time to look closer at the root of those rivalries: the juicy interpersonal enmities; jealousies; and (occasionally) contrived personality competitions among players, coaches and administrators.

Cincinnati Bengals fans pick top 3 games for YouTube channel
The NFL recently polled fans on which classic games of their favorite team they would like to see added in their entirety to the league’s YouTube page, and the three Cincinnati Bengals selected feature a big chill, a big upset and a big comeback. Last year’s Week 5 game against Seattle, in which the Bengals rallied from a 17-point deficit in the fourth quarter to beat the Seahawks 27-24 in overtime at Paul Brown Stadium, narrowly edged out the Freezer Bowl for the top spot among Cincinnati fans.

7 Cincinnati Bengals players appear in NFL Top 100 of 2016
The NFL Network unveiled the top 10 in its countdown of the Top 100 Players of 2016 on Wednesday night, with Carolina Panthers quarterback Cam Newton making a Superman-like leap into the top spot after placing 73rd in 2015. No Cincinnati Bengals appeared in the top 10, but one divisional rival in Pittsburgh wide receiver Antonio Brown came in at No. 4 in voting done by the players.

Former Steelers cornerback Ike Taylor included Jones and Kirkpatrick among his choices for his list of top cornerback tandems in the league at NFL.com.

John Harbaugh Q&A: 'There's No Reason to Apologize in Football'
The Baltimore Ravens are coming off one of the most injury-riddled seasons an NFL team has suffered in recent memory. They lost quarterback Joe Flacco, defensive end Terrell Suggs, wide receiver Steve Smith, tight end Dennis Pitta, wide receiver Breshad Perriman and a handful of other players to season-ending injuries in 2015.
Steelers look to 'football gods' to spare injury in 2016
Injuries plagued several NFL teams last year, but not many lost more star power than the Pittsburgh Steelers. They played the Super Bowl champion Denver Broncos in the playoffs without premier players at three offensive positions -- running back (Le'Veon Bell, knee), wide receiver (Antonio Brown, concussion) and center (Maurkice Pouncey, fibula). And that's not counting Ben Roethlisberger's consistent string of injuries throughout 2015.
Browns RB coach: Duke Johnson 'an ultimate weapon'
We kicked off our annual summertime Making the Leap series on Thursday with Houston Texans pass rusher Jadeveon Clowney. So who else made the list? We'll let you find out in real time, but here's a *spoiler alert* for good measure: Cleveland running back Duke Johnson made the cut. That's no surprise to new Browns run game coordinator Kirby Wilson, who recently called Johnson "an ultimate weapon."

Scouting Myself: Greg OIsen
I think there’s no greater impact on a young kid’s life than high school sports. I’m anxious to hear Emeka’s story. I’m anxious to share my story with him — kind of talk him through my experiences, which were very similar to his 15 years ago. For a young kid to be expected at 15, 16, 17 years old to know what to do — it’s hard. It’s a tough ask.
13 Concussions
It was a beautiful night in late August. We were playing BYU at home in the first game of the season — the 14th season of my career. I was standing there on the field trying to catch my breath and contemplating my next move. We were trailing by 18 with less than six minutes left in the game, but we had the ball on the Cougars’ 10-yard line. I had just thrown an incomplete pass on third-and-three and was hoping our coach would let me and the offense stay on the field. I felt like I just needed one more chance. Yes, I had thrown an interception earlier in the game, but since then I had been slinging the ball around pretty well.
The Trusted Grown-Ups Who Steal Millions From Youth Sports
With downcast eyes and a microphone clenched in one fist, Brian Farley stood uneasily before nearly 400 children from the Tri-Boro Youth Soccer Club in eastern Pennsylvania. He had stolen their money. Farley, 55, the longtime treasurer of the all-volunteer, nonprofit club, had pocketed $120,000 from the organization’s bank accounts — money paid by parents so that their children could play.

An underclassman NFL combine? Urban Meyer likes the idea
Thirty of the 96 underclassmen (31 percent) who declared for the 2016 NFL draft were not selected. Figuring out the best way to protect the players and give them the most accurate information about their draft stocks has been something that both college and NFL coaches have sought to refine in recent years. What Meyer thinks will help, per PFT, is a system similar to one that Alabama head coach (and former NFL head coach) Nick Saban has proposed in the past: an underclassmen combine type of event.

Calvin Johnson usually stayed out of the headlines during his nine seasons with the Detroit Lions, but he didn’t bite his tongue in an interview for ESPN’s E:60, and spoke frankly about concussions and the misuse of painkillers in the NFL.
