Bengals wide receiver Marvin Jones has made the biggest impact for the Bengals on Sunday against the Bills. With 13:47 remaining in the first quarter, Dalton handed off to Giovani Bernard who flipped the football to Jones on the reverse, gaining 34 yards down the left sidelines.
Several plays later, Mike Nugent converted the 46-yard field goal to give the Bengals 3-0 lead.
Now with Buffalo sporting a 7-3 lead, the Bengals have second and 15 from their own 30-yard line. Dalton takes the shotgun snap and hits Jones on the wide receiver screen. Avoiding a handful of defenders down the left sidelines, Jones sprints 42 yards to the Bills 31-yard line.
With 5:26 remaining in the first quarter, Jones has 76 yards from scrimmage.
The Bengals would later score on a beautiful rainbow towards the back right pylon, where A.J. Green went up and over cornerback McKelvin for the touchdown, giving the Bengals a 10-7 lead.
