Cap space can carry over...
but it seems teams must affirmatively opt to carry it. Will the Bengals do so?
[NEW] Interview with former Bengals TE, John Nalbone
Hey Bengals Fans,
I've been here numerous times before. Hope you remember me. My name is Max Strauss. I'm finally deciding on where I should go for college. Epic, and yet weird to say. I've been here to share interviews with Jerome Simpson, Vincent Rey, Evan Mathis, Lorenzo Neal, and other Bengals. I'm here today to share an interview I did with former Bengals TE, John Nalbone. I don't know how often you think he is a loss, as he is still on the Seahawks practice squad. He definitely has the size and proved he had the ability in college, so he might be considered a steal if the Seahawks can find a better QB and decide to give him a shot.
Here is the link to the interview, http://prointerviews.org/JohnNalbone
Thank you for letting me share! Please share your thoughts!

Hey Bengals fans, Dolphins fan here. I have a proposition for you guys. Let's say we are picking at number 8 and Trent Richardson is available. I know you guys need a major rehaul of you backfield and that you may be interested. Here is our offer for you. We give you the number 8 overall pick, along with our 5th rounder and WR Brian Hartline. For those of you who don't know about Hartline, I believe he will excel as a complement to AJ Green. He is a great number 2 reciever that can also play a slot role. He doesn't have elite speed, but is quick and is nicknamed "The Magician" because he catches almost every sideline pass thrown to him. He isn't going to get you a lot of yards after the catch, but he has enough speed to make CBs respect it. He is young at 25 and has a lot of upside. He is worth a 3rd or 4th round pick In return, would you be willing to send us both of your 1st round picks?

Power Rankings, nearly as ubiquitous as Cincy Jungle Mock Drafts!
Unlike Peter King, this guy seems to actually look at the stuff before he types it.
Lists Bengals as #10. Three AFC North in top 10.
II don't know that I think the Giants should be #1, but I guess there is a bonus for actually being the champion of the prior season. (my argument being that the #1 should be the best team, which doesn't necessarily mean the champion)
The Strategic Legacy of Greg Cook
A look at the strategic legacy of Greg Cook. Its much greater than you would expect for player with a brutally short career.
Why didn't TO just catch it? He got up high enough, he just didn't reach out with his hands..
my wife Angi as we watched the celebrity beach bowl on DirecTV. She hardly ever watches football, yet she summed up his entire career in one comment.
