The Cincinnati Bengals sent one of their special teams coaches to Oklahoma's Pro Day on Wednesday. There were teams that scouted 19 Sooners It's not clear if the Bengals sent Darrin Simmons, the team's special teams coordinator, or assistant special teams coordinator Brayden Coombs.
Primary prospects include wide receiver Jalen Saunders, running back Damien Williams and center Gabe Ikard -- based on the team sending a special teams coach, we should mention long-snapper Austin Woods -- who reportedly had a strong workout Wednesday.

Cornerback Aaron Colvin, who blew out his ACL during practice at the Senior Bowl in January, feels strong about his recovery. Colvin, a physical corner against the run that's solid in coverage, seems like a reasonable candidate for the Bengals. Cincinnati provides an opportunity for Colvin to recover at his own pace while learning from veterans Leon Hall, Terence Newman and Adam Jones for future development. He could be a late-round steal. Or worth nothing. Either way, the risk to Cincinnati is minimal.
Trey Milliard, who is listed as one of the top fullbacks in this year's draft, is still recovering from a season-ending injury against Texas Tech and didn't participate Wednesday.
"I’m running pretty confidently," Millard said via Sooner Sports.com. "The next step is kind of changing direction. Right now, I’m just running straight, but I’m doing well with it. It’s encouraging. There’s still a lot of interest (from NFL teams). Unfortunately, I’m not able to really do anything here, but there’s quite a bit of film from over the years, so hopefully that speaks for itself."
