Random thoughts...
...has there been a more overhyped player in Bengaldom recently than Tab Perry? The supposed sure-fire fill-in for Chris Henry looked like ca-ca once he got on the field, and now has gotten hurt...again.

...why did we keep Kilmer on the roster? I mean, I can understand Jeanty since he's a starter, but Ethan was what, about 5-6 on the safety depth chart? Would have made more sense to keep Busing from the beginning and just call this season a wash for Kilmer. Keeping Kilmer has the whiff of a coach's pet project that got out of hand.

...I wouldn't be surprised if Willie's done. Oh well, those big FA signings don't always work out. Makes me grit my teeth about Steinbach all the more, tho.

...Are Fanene or Rucker EVER going to be healthy for more than one game in a row? Sheesh.

RE: Tab Perry
Think of it this way, of his past two seasons, he's played in four of a possible 20 games. It all started when the team was blowing out Cleveland in week #2 last year and they kept the starters in. Remember that? We were complaining pretty heartedly that day.

I'm not exactly sure why the team didn't IR both Jeanty and Kilmer at the start of the season.

And I'm not sure Fanene will ever play on his talent alone. And that's saying a lot about THIS defense.
