Bengals

  • When Carson Palmer records three or more touchdown passes, the Bengals are 11-2. With 310 yards passing, Palmer reaches 13,000 yards passing for his career.
  • Twelve of Palmer's 14 touchdowns this season have gone to T.J. Houshmandzadeh (9) and Chad Johnson (3). In fact, of Palmer's 164 completions this season, 62% (102) have gone to either T.J. (58) or Chad (44).
  • The Bengals are 15-4 when Rudi rushes for 100 yards or more. I'm not sure why I put that every week he's out. As if it's going to chance.
  • In four games as the starter this season, Kenny Watson is averaging 85.2 rushing yards per game.
  • With a touchdown this weekend, T.J. Houshmandzadeh will have caught one touchdown in eight straight games. It will also give him 10 for the season setting a personal best for touchdowns in a single-season.
  • In four career games, Chad Johnson has two 100-yard games (123, 117). Chad leads the NFL with 104.4 yards receiving per game.
  • When the Bengals defense picks off two passes or more, the Bengals are 20-4.
  • In his last six games, Shayne Graham is perfect on field goals (10/10).

Bills

  • The Bills are the only team to start a rookie Quarterback (Trent Edwards) and rookie Running back (Marshawn Lynch) this season.
  • As a starter, Edwards is 3-1. (note: Losman is starting).
  • The Bills look to win their third straight game for the first time since December 5, 2004.
  • Lynch leads all AFC rookies with 148 rushing attempts for 537 yards and four touchdowns. Lynch has run for 60 yards or more in all seven games this season.
  • In two meetings against the Bengals, Lee Evans has 10 receptions for 208 yards and two touchdowns.
  • In the last meeting against the Bengals, Terrence McGee returned an interception (46 yards) for a touchdown and a 99-yard kickoff return for a touchdown. You remember, don't you?
