What I Would do with Chad Johnson

Well this is what i would do

Cincinnati would get:
Eagles #19 pick
Lito Sheppard

Philadelphia would get:
Chad Johnson
Next Years first
and few picks

What do u think about it
Also anybody think we should try to get Dwayne Robertson and draft Ellis and have a stout top 2 DTs

I hear DeWayne's gonna end up in Denver. Given the play of our current secondary at year's end, I'm pretty happy maybe adding an Orlando Scandrick, a Husain Abdullah, or a Tyvon Branch in the middle rounds and going with what we've got. Lito Shepherd is a great player but, if you add his salary, the salaries of two first round picks, and the hit from Chad's guaranteed money, we'd have to cut half the rest of the team to get under the cap.

Trading Chad is awful nice to think about, though...

Don't see it

First off, it would put Chad in a worse scenario in terms of the "win" category that he spoke very briefly as his discontent. Secondly, if that site believes that Chad is owed a big contract, then there's one thing amiss with that analysis. When teams trade players, mostly those star marquee type of players, then those players are awarded with a new, often times expensive contracts. After their free agency splurge? Don't see it and I don't think we make big strides improving our position in the draft. In fact, I'd think that ownership would stay away from the top-five, to avoid the ridiculous contacts they're given, any way they can.
