For one thing, the Bengals began taking guys off the draft board for character reasons not lat year, but the year before.

Second, many of the Bengals arrested during that infamous 14-month period are no longer with the team -- Henry, AJ Nicholson, Reggie McNeal, Steinbach (unfortunately), etc.

In short, the Henry release is hardly the "start" of things changing.
