Meet Michael Sobczak. Michael lives in Germany and has been a fan since 1989 when the Bengals lost in Super Bowl XXIII. Now he catches every game on television back home in Germany having already seen 18 games live in Cincinnati. Sunday will be his 19th. Michael flew from Düsseldorf, Germany to Cincinnati on an 18 hour flight from weather delays - not bad considering Moses is still modernizing his arc.
It's awesome the reach Cincinnati has with Germany. There's a lot of German heritage in Southwestern Ohio; beer, Bavarian girls and beer, lots of it. Every summer Cincinnati has their annual Ockoberfest where you can drink until you're sideways... and not be made fun of. Somewhat. German culture rules.
