The NFL took exception to Kentucky winery's "Jungle Juice".
The Kentucky winery that had been producing Jungle Juice has stopped, after the NFL said the wine's labels featuring black and orange stripes and tiger eyes infringed on the Bengals' trademarks.
An NFL spokesman says fans would have to be "inebriated" to not realize what the company was trying to do. He says the league had a lawyer send the winery a cease-and-desist letter.
Jungle Juice wine never made it to Ohio but has been sold only in northern Kentucky. One store owner says sales were big at first but then cooled down.
