After mopping up the Cleveland Browns, Reggie Bush won the Diet Pepsi NFL Rookie of the Week. His 141 all-purpose yards included 61 rushing yards on 14 carries, 58 receiving yards on eight catches and 22 punt return yards.
I'm still trying to figure out how the Houston Texans keep justifying taking Mario Williams over Bush. But in a way, I feel bad for Williams because he will be compared to Bush for as long as he plays in Texas.
This is Pepsi's fifth year as the official soft drink sponsor of the NFL and the second year that Diet Pepsi will present the NFL Rookie of the Week and NFL Rookie of the Year awards.
