Injury/Practice Report -- Wednesday (Bills week)

Ah, Rudi. Missed ya buddy. Finally with concrete confirmation, Rudi Johnson will return to the lineup Sunday against the Buffalo Bills after practicing Wednesday. Some concern floated this week about Kenny Watson's concussion suffered from the knee of Levi Jones. He "looks" ready even though he did not practice.

This is prompting the discussion of who gets the workload. And from all appearances, the workload will be distributed between Rudi and Kenny Watson in a one-two punch. Although Marvin Lewis indicated that Rudi, Kenny and DeDe Dorsey will all get a turn.

Several notes from Hobson:

  • Chris Perry still isn't working and appears to sit another week on the PUP. You have three weeks after the sixth week to determine what to do with someone on PUP -- activate him or send him to IR.
  • John Thornton and Justin Smith will likely play Sunday. Ahmad Brooks, Caleb Miller and Willie Anderson are likely out.
