Under the Brian-Simmons-was-cut radar, the Bengals offered tender contracts to Stacy Andrews, Landon Johnson, Caleb Miller, Greg Brooks, Kyle Larson and Shaun Smith. Andrews and Larson were tendered $1.3 million while the others were offered $850,000. If the Bengals fail to match offers from other teams on both Larson and Andrews, the Bengals would get a second-round pick in 2007. If the Bengals don't match offers from other teams on the other four, then the Bengals would be compensated a draft pick from which that player was drafted.
