Rotoworld.com is citing an NFL front office executive that the Bengals have jumped ahead in the bidding for T.J. Houshmandzadeh. I suspect that this is true as Cincinnati.com is reporting that the Bengals have offered money equal to Hines Ward and Plaxico Burress. Both Seattle and Minnesota only offered a short three deal when both Burris and Wards contracts are five years each. Coupled with the fact that he left both Seattle and Minnesota without a deal leads me to believe that the announcement later today (if this does occur) will indeed confirm this suspicion.
