Apparently, a big win puts people in the mood to party with Britney Spears -- something Chris Crocker no doubt approves of -- so much so, in fact, they'll do silly things like trying to give her a phone number. Of course, it's doubtful that's Ocho's true phone number -- follow-up Tweets be damned -- but there's only one way to be sure: By calling it.
