Even though we claimed that this is the best Bengals rookie class during the Marvin Lewis era, the one rookie that made the NFL's All-Rookie team wasn't actually drafted by the Cincinnati Bengals -- he was an undrafted college free agent. Joe Reedy writes that Quan Cosby was named to the All-Rookie team as a punt returner.

Cosby was the team's primary punt returner, averaging 11.9 yards-per-return -- most in the franchise since 1984. He finished the season fifth in the NFL and third in the AFC. Cosby also set a franchise record, recording 474 yards on punt return, shattering Mike Martin's 1984 record of 376 yards.
