In one of the more humorous notes on this first Thursday in the playoff-less offseason, Channel 12 informed the Enquirer on Thursday that Friday night's "Bengals Playoff Special" will be cancelled.
Our Sunday “TV Week” magazine lists a “Bengals Playoff Special” at 7 p.m. Friday for Channel 12. It was also on my Time Warner on-screen guide last night. The playoff special also was listed on WKRC-TV’s online TV schedule as late as 5 p.m. yesterday – but it was changed after I asked them about it. Obviously the special was booked months ago – before the season started in September? – and definitely before that 10-game losing streak.
Great. Now what are we going to do on Friday night?
