Real Football Talk with Post-Game Show -- 10/16

The Bengals came into the sixth week of the 2011 season as favorites for the first time in six games and they won, beating the Indianapolis Colts for the first time since the 1997 season. They even covered the spread.

Of course it wasn't Peyton Manning that the league's No. 1 defense was facing, it was Curtis Painter. Nevertheless, the Bengals beat the Colts in a very sloppy game that may have been scary for some Bengals fans, especially in the fourth quarter when it looked like the Bengals could unravel and beat themselves. They held it together though.

Joe Goodberry, Dave Wellman and I talked about the game in our weekly post-game show. We picked MVPs and Goats, we talked about our thoughts on the team heading into the bye week and a little about the game coming out of the bye week against the Seahawks in Seattle.

You can listen to the show here.
