Bengals quarterback Andy Dalton has been nominated (go and vote!) for the Pepsi NFL Rookie of the Week for his performance against the Indianapolis Colts during Cincinnati's 27-17 win last Sunday. The rookie quarterback completed 25 of 32 passes (78.1%) for 264 yards passing and a touchdown for a career high 111.5 passer rating. Though he hasn't won yet, this is the third time this year that Dalton has been nominated for the award (week two against the Denver Broncos, week five against the Jacksonville Jaguars). Wide receiver A.J. Green has also been nominated three times (week one, four and five).

Other nominations this week includes Chicago Bears defensive tackle Stephen Paea (quarterback sack and safety), St. Louis Rams wide receiver Greg Salas (eight receptions for 77 yards receiving), Cleveland Browns defensive end Jabaal Sheard (four tackles, quarterback sack and forced fumble) and San Francisco 49ers linebacker Aldon Smith (two quarterback sacks, safety and forced fumble).

Dalton needs your help, so go vote now and vote often.
